Dogwood Creek Woodworking
Handcrafted to honor what matters.
I’m Jeff, a combat-wounded veteran from Wake Forest. Every flag I build is cut, torched, and hand-finished in my shop from real solid wood, for the service, pride, and people that mean the most.

Built to live with
Made from wood worth looking at twice.
Every piece starts with real grain, then earns its character through carving, stain, fire, and a finish made for the wall it calls home.

A continuation of service
Woodworking gave Jeff a new way to honor the flag.
After serving our country, Jeff found healing and purpose in the work of making. Each piece is built with the same deep respect for the people and values it represents.

Questions worth asking before you order.
What are the flags made from?+
Each product listing identifies its materials and finish. The current collection uses real solid wood or premium pine, and the natural grain means every finished piece has its own character.
Will my flag look exactly like the photo?+
Wood grain, knots, char patterns, and stain variation are part of the hand-built character of these pieces, so no two are exactly alike.
How long does a made-to-order flag take?+
The ECU made-to-order listings currently state 5–7 business days for crafting before shipping. For other pieces or custom requests, contact Jeff for the right expectation before ordering.
Do the flags include hanging hardware?+
Several current listings state that mounting hardware is included. Check the individual product details or contact Jeff if you need guidance for a specific piece and display location.
